About Westhampton Pines

Westhampton Pines is the premier 55+ active adult community in the Town of Southampton, located in Westhampton, NY – the gateway to the Hamptons. Our 24-hour guard gated complex boasts 44 acres of lush, manicured landscaping. The 189 high-quality homes were built between 2005 – 2012 and are generously spaced on the property. No more than two homes are attached so every unit is an end-unit. Whether residents live here full-time, seasonally, or for vacations they enjoy a resort-lifestyle in a tight-knit community with top-notch amenities.

The 8,100 sq. ft. clubhouse boasts a fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, locker rooms, library, billiards, and card rooms. Social events, community meetings, and lectures are held in the clubhouse great room. During the warmer weather, the outdoor pool is a major social hub. Residents enjoy tennis and pickleball courts as well as two bocce courts where the community gathers for the annual 8-week bocce tournament.
